Kelly & Aubrey’s Sunflower Wedding

I’m going to tell you a secret. Wedding’s never go PERFECTLY. You can plan as much as you can. But you can’t control the weather, everyone involved with the wedding, or really much about the actual day. But here is another secret…that’s OK!! It’s still an amazing day and the fact is you are getting married! And that’s what I loved about this day. A few things ended up going wrong while planning the day and on the actual day (like usual!!). But these two didn’t let it spoil their day. I loved to see the joy of Kelly walking down the aisle looking straight at her groom. How he kept smiling at his bride and the huge smile on his face after they were married. I loved to see them looking into each other’s eyes during their first dance. You know what? That’s what weddings are all about. They are about committing your life to another person in front of all your friends and family! That’s what is really important and is definitely more important than the details. These two are so adorable together! They are almost giddy together. I think it’s so sweet. They decided to do the first look which I love of course and I think the pictures turned out beautiful! Kelly looked so stunning in her all lace dress and she really was beaming. I loved the bright pops of yellow sunflowers and the color scheme they chose.

Caitlin & Djibo Vineyard Wedding

This was such a great wedding and they have such a unique story! This couple actually met in Senegal which is where the groom is from. They started a relationship and were long distance (over seas) for a long time! I think that is quite incredible. Djibo just moved here this past summer to be with Caitlin and he is learning English! Together they speak French. Besides their unique story, I think the thing that struck me most is how they interact with each other and others. I was really impressed with how kind they are. I loved to see how Djibo really embraced Caitlin’s family and friends. It’s so obvious how much he loves her and how much she loves him.

Caitlin just looked stunning. I absolutely loved her dress and she really looked perfect in it! They really made this wedding their own. The ceremony was outside at a park in front of a lake and the reception at a local winery! Everything was fun and classy at the same time. I loved how they had so many colors incorporated into their day. Rather than picking just a few..they chose a bunch of different colors. Michelle & Tim’s Pink and Green wedding

Michelle and Tim are such a great couple. I remember on their engagement session them talking about how they absolutely love to laugh together and Michelle has a contagious laugh. I think that’s why this day turned out so great. Everyone was so relaxed and had a great time. Michelle has two daughters and Tim has a daughter and they make the sweetest family. One thing I loved how they included the girls into their day. Not only are these two getting married but the girls are also officially one family together. That was really special.

I loved the style of this wedding: the hot pink, the gorgeous flowers, and  the outdoor ceremony. We got absolutely perfect lighting for portraits and I just LOVE the obvious romance between them. I honestly don’t think it could have been a more perfect day. Michelle looked absolutely stunning and Tim looked so handsome. Beverly & Kevin’s Virginia Wedding

Beverly is one of my really good friends from college. I was so honored when she asked if I would shoot her wedding down in our college hometown! Beverly is one of the sweetest people I know. She just has this genuine heart and lovable personality. I’m not sure if it’s possible NOT to like her. Also she is just as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. I mean she looked SO stunning. It made my job really easy. Kevin is a great match for Beverly. He is loving, patient, and has great character. This was the first time I had officially met him and I am so happy for them.

The wedding was in spanish mostly with a few english translations here and there. Although I couldn’t understand most of what was said throughout the day. I still found myself getting choked up throughout the day. I mean it didn’t matter if you could understand or not. There was so much emotion behind everything that was said. These two live devoted lives to their faith. It has created a great foundation for their marriage. It was beautiful. I loved the navy blues and yellow throughout the wedding. Beverly put a vintage touch on all the details throughout the day. Everything was so gorgeous.

Priscilla & Aaron’s Letchworth State Park Wedding

Priscilla and Aaron are actually living in Colorado right now. Since I have never been there, I can only imagine how gorgeous it is there. But they are both originally from the upstate New York area. So they decided to choose one of the most beautiful places in Upstate, NY…Letchworth State park for their wedding. That is only fitting!

These two are a great match for one another. I can definitely see why they are together! It is so evident that these two really care about one another. They planned their wedding while living in Colorado. That really impressed me! Everything was so well put together you could have never guessed. The girls got ready in this gorgeous room in the Glenn Iris Inn. I loved the look of it with the vintage style wallpaper and chandelier. These are some of my favorite getting ready and dress pictures. Priscilla looked so stunning..and that dress!! It honestly reminds me of a Disney Princess gown. Ashley and Shawn’s Pastel Blue and Purple Wedding

These wedding pictures are light, airy, and soft…everything I love! I absolutely loved her color choices. She chose numerous pastel-like colors and wore a LIGHT BLUE WEDDING DRESS! Sorry but that just makes me so excited! She looked absolutely stunning in it as well. I love details that really make someone’s wedding day their own and not just like every other wedding. They really did that! Not only was this wedding gorgeous..but these two are just the sweetest people! Really! They are so genuine and caring. I can just see that they are going to have a lasting relationship and one full of love! I love to see a couple together right after their wedding vows. These two are adorable together. They were so excited about their day and how everything turned out. I’m so happy for them.

Aubrey & Matthew’s Arbor Themed Wedding

I absolutely LOVED the details of this wedding. Matthew is an arborist so they went with a tree themed wedding. I absolutely loved how it came together. Even the venue that they picked had that rustic tree feel to it. I loved the different shades of green and the centerpieces were absolutely amazing!  I also loved the relaxed atmosphere of the day. Aubrey looked stunning but was totally willing to climb down a huge cliff to get some awesome pictures in her dress. I mean really..that’s dedication! They were both ready to have a blast on their day and so excited to be married. Vitale Lakeside Wedding

One thing that stands out to me from this wedding is how much fun everyone had. I honestly don’t think I have ever seen more people enjoying themselves at a wedding than at Joe and Kaitlin’s wedding. Everyone from the young to the old were on the dance floor. It was totally packed. Not only that but these two make an amazing couple. They are both so genuine and caring. I just know they are going to have a loving and long lasting relationship. They have also put their faith in the center of their relationship which is a great foundation.

This wedding was classy and elegant. I loved the decor and theme. It was also HOT on this day…95 degrees to be exact! Phewf! But this group rocked it! We had so much fun taking pictures. We went to three different spots which was great because we were able to get such a variety of pictures from the day.

Adriane & Clyde Galeton, Pennsylvania Wedding

I loved this wedding..they had so many amazing details. Also they gave me SO much time to do pictures which of course I love because we were able to do so many great pictures! I loved the homemade bouquets, deep purple dresses, and light gray suits. The getaway car was an old vintage fire truck. I mean how awesome is that?

They have one of the best proposal stories. There is a huge fireworks display in Galeton, PA which is where both of them are from. Clyde had made a light up sign that said “Marry Me?”. He had one of the workers set off one firework before the show started and light up the sign. He got on one knee and of course she said yes! I love the creativity..good job Clyde!

These two are so genuine and caring. I can just tell that they are so in love with each other. Adriane was SO excited the whole day. I just loved to see her excitement beam across her face. I loved how Clyde looked at her the whole day  just so in love. It really was a perfect day and I’m so glad I was there to capture it.

Jathiyah and Chris’s Coral and Tan Classic Wedding

Jathiyah and Chris are seriously the sweetest people. I know I probably write that a lot because I have absolutely amazing clients but it’s so true. I don’t think I have ever seen a more gracious, thankful, and calm bride than Jathiyah was on her wedding day. She was just so excited to get married to Chris that joy was just bursting out of her. Chris is the kind of guy that you spend 2 minutes with and you are already laughing. I just love how Jathiyah thinks he is the funniest guy in the world and I love how she laughs at all of his jokes.

These two met just like it happens in the movies. Jathiyah was working and they saw made eye contact from across the crowded room. Chris went over and talked to her.  She said they hit it off right away and the rest is history. Sounds like a movie plot to me!

For a proposal Chris took Jathiyah on a helicopter ride over Niagara Falls. Chris even had the pilot take a few shots after he proposed over the scenery. Now that’s what I call a proposal! Good job to you Chris.

I loved the styling of this wedding. I loved the coral dresses and tan suits. Everything was so classy and elegant.
