Jolene & Jason’s Wedding

The groom of this wedding Jason is actually my cousin! We have pictures together when we are little kids. Here’s the evidence:

I was really honored when they asked me to be the photographer at their wedding. This was actually the second time that I had met Jolene and she is an absolute sweetheart! I am so excited for my cousin and his wife. You can just tell that they are so in love and an absolutely great match together. I remember before the ceremony started and I had just gotten back from taking a few pictures of the groom.. there was definitely some nervous tension in the air..Jolene asks how Jason was doing. I told her he seemed totally relaxed and was of course cracking jokes. I remember her looking back and talking about how blessed she is to have him in her life. That was something I kept hearing all day..how blessed they are to have each other in their lives. I love a couple that really appreciates and values one another..that is definitely these two! I wanted to start with one my favorite images from the day. This just sums up everything!

Jolene did a phenomenal job of decorating and incorporating so many rustic details. She even made the boutonnieres out of bullets! I mean that’s pretty awesome. I think you two are such genuine and loving people. You really are a great match and your wedding was so perfect!
