Karpeles Manuscript Museum Wedding Buffalo NY

2015-06-18_0105 Alright so where do I begin with this wedding?!? First off this is going to be a long blog post because honestly there are too many amazing photos not to share them! Gahh seriously! We got the perfect day and it was with the sweetest couple. These two are so much fun to be around and just truly enjoyed their day! It’s so obvious they are perfect together and really enjoy spending time with one another. One of my favorite things is when clients become friends and that’s exactly what happened with these two. I love the blush and antique gold color scheme…and those bouquets are seriously to die for! 2015-06-18_0001 2015-06-18_0002 2015-06-18_0003 2015-06-18_0004 Ummm Lindsay I had to share this one..your back muscles in that dress..dang girl! She seriously rocked this dress! The ceremony was held at Karpeles Manuscript Museum…such a classy ceremony site! Then we headed over to the lovely Knox farms for some portraits. The reception was at Kloc’s in West Seneca. They did an amazing job and it was a perfect fit for this romantic and classy event! Lindsay and Matt..you two are so fun to be around! I hope you have a lifetime of happiness and laughter together! Let’s stay friends Ok?! 😀

I’ve known Carly for a few years now and her boyfriend Brian. They have been good friends of my sisters for a few years so I was so thrilled to do this engagement session with them! Here are a few photos from some of my 2014 brides. Photos & memories are the one thing that you will have for years to come from your wedding day. These are the photos you will hang on your wall and show your future children/grandchildren. I’m obviously biased but I think it’s so important to get photos you love from your wedding day. I can’t tell you how many people I have talked to that regretted either not getting a photographer, having a friend who isn’t a professional photograph their day, or just going with a photographer because of price. This is something you can never redo! Make sure you LOVE your wedding photos. My style is romantic, beautiful, and real. I want to capture those gorgeous romantic portraits but also capture the essence of you with all the moments that unfold on the wedding day.

This was such a gorgeous (and cold!) wedding shoot! So many amazing vendors came together to make this beautiful inspiration come to pass. Vendors from all over central and western NY worked together to create this french inspired gold & vine wedding shoot. It features a palette of pale blues, creams, ivories, gold, and tons of greenery. We started literally standing on ice in front of Ithaca falls for the ceremony site. It was crazy windy and snowy while we were down there! Dana and Lewis were such troopers! They did such an amazing job and it’s obvious how in love they are (in real life!). The venue was at the Carriage House Cafe which is a historical carriage house restored into a cafe. We set the reception up in the loft of the venue and it was the perfect vintage backdrop for the day. The farm table was set up so perfectly and the dessert bar was divine. Each tiny detail worked together to create amazing wedding inspiration for winter weddings or really any season! I’m so thankful for all of the hard work and all of the vendors who participated. I can’t WAIT to share these photos!

Finger Lakes Wedding Photographer Lindsay and Michael’s Classic Myer’s Park Wedding

There is something so beautiful about winter weddings! Especially when you are able to get some portraits outside…no matter how freezing it is!! This was just such a classic winter wedding with the red’s and ivories. I’ve actually known these two for quite some time..we all grew up in the same church. It was great to see them start their life together on such a beautiful day! These two were just giddy together and I loved seeing that! Rather than the traditional wedding they went with a smaller and more intimate day which definitely fits these two better. I’m so glad they decided to make it their own. We snuck down to Myer’s Park and I was thrilled to see that the lighthouse was actually on! We were able to get some pictures along the water and it was just gorgeous!! I’m so honored to have captured your day..you two!! I wish you a lifetime time of happiness together!

Celebrations Ithaca Wedding

This is the perfect wedding to share around Thanksgiving time! All the beautiful purples and oranges…and all the gorgeous details. I’m so excited to share this wedding! Lindsey and Tim getting married is like the ultimate girl next door marrying the ultimate boy next door. No but seriously they are two of the kindest and most sincere people. It was such a privilege to get to know them and photograph their wedding! These two did an amazing job planning this wedding. Debbie & Mike’s Lancaster Country Club Wedding

Oh these two. Mike contacted me last winter to be the secret photographer while he proposed to his then girlfriend Debbie! He had planned the whole thing out and it went perfectly! She had no idea and we got adorable pictures. It was such an honor for me to photograph their proposal and then afterwards..their wedding. I loved hanging out with these two. I feel like we have become more like friends than just clients! These two just have such a great relationship and really balance one another out. The weather that day was so crazy..it rained, it was sunny, and then it hailed HUGE hailstones. But these two were just so excited to get married that it didn’t dampen their spirits! I loved the fall theme of the wedding and all the details that they had planned…all the way to the chinese lanterns at the end! I literally can’t wait to share this day with you!
